1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India and to other International locations 
• We use India Postal Service as our primary fulfilment partner. We use other courier services on specific request of customers

2. Shipping Timelines

• Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 3-6 working days of confirmed order
• Made-to-order / customized products: Dispatched within 20- 60 working days or as mentioned
• We send through normal shipping. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days for metros and 6–7 working days for other regions. If you want expedited delivery, you can request on chargeable basis - you can write at heeyacraft@gmail.com

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India):

• Domestic orders (within India) have free delivery and will be sent via Indian Postal service (speed post where available) or through normal shipping of courier company.
• If you need faster delivery through express service ( will be available at an additional cost) you can write in to us at heeyacraft@gmail.com or info@heeya.co

International Orders

• Charges calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.
• For international shipping: customs duties, if applicable, to be borne by the customer.
• Once order value is confirmed, gross weight will be calculated after packaging and details will be confirmed with customer and payment will have to be made before shipping

4. Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking number and courier partner details.
• You can then track your order directly on the courier’s website.

5. Packaging

• Every Heeya product is packed in eco-friendly saree bag
• Our saree bags are made by women tailors in Bangalore's Kannamangala village and in Malda village in West Bengal

6. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to meet timelines, unexpected delays (weather, strikes, courier issues) are beyond our control.
• In such cases, our team will keep you informed. Or you can reach out to us
