Return And Exchange Policy
Every Heeya product is crafted with care by our artisan partners. We want you to love what you receive, but in the rare case youβre not satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
1. Eligibility
As of now, we do not accept returns as we create limited stock. We can however consider an exceptional case subject to sufficient grounds.
Exchanges are accepted only for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged/defective product - we understand if it has a significant manufacturing defect.
Exchanges for reasons such as uneven selvedge, slubs, colours and unevenness will not be possible β as handwoven and naturally dyed textiles may have natural irregularities. These are part of the beauty of handmade products.
2. Exchange Window
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After this period, we will not be able to process requests.
3. Process
- Email us at heeyacraft@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-8792333575 with your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, we will request you to ship the product back to us.
- Upon receiving the product in its original condition (unused, with tags and packaging intact), we will process your exchange. Shipping charge will have to be borne by customer
